You have 30 days from the date of receiving your package to request an exchange or return.

Exchanges and returns are FREE OF CHARGE.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

To request an exchange or return, please send an email to hola@klauss.es, stating the reason and providing your details (address and phone number) where the package should be collected. Once the garment has arrived in perfect condition, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- If the returned items do not meet the required conditions, we will contact you to arrange the return of the product and cancel the refund.

- International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by the destination country.
