Subsequently, the User will receive an email confirming that KLAUSS has received their order or purchase request and/or service request, that is, the order confirmation. All purchase orders received by KLAUSS through the Website are subject to product availability and/or to the absence of any circumstances or force majeure events (Clause Nine of these Conditions) affecting the supply of products and/or provision of services. If difficulties arise regarding the supply of products or if products are out of stock, KLAUSS undertakes to contact the User and refund any amount that may have been paid. This shall also apply in cases where the provision of a service becomes impossible.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

The prices of our products displayed on the Website are final prices, in Euros (€) or Dollars ($) depending on the country, and include taxes.

Shipping costs will be added to the cost of the products. KLAUSS provides delivery and/or shipping services through: Correos Courier Service.

Prices may change at any time; however, any changes will not affect orders or purchases for which the User has already received an order confirmation.

Accepted payment methods are: Credit or debit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard) and PayPal.

KLAUSS uses all available means to guarantee the confidentiality and security of payment data transmitted by the User during transactions through the Website. Accordingly, the Website uses a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) payment system.

Credit cards are subject to verification and authorization by the issuing bank. If the issuing bank does not authorize payment, KLAUSS shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver and will not be able to formalize any contract with the User.

Once KLAUSS receives a purchase order from the User through the Website, a pre-authorization will be made on the relevant card to ensure sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction. The card will be charged when the shipping confirmation and/or service confirmation is sent to the User.

In all cases, by clicking on "Complete Purchase", the User confirms that the payment method used belongs to them.
