SHIPPING

Deliveries will be made within the following territory: Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands)

The estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days.  We will work hard to ensure delivery takes place as quickly as possible. However, we ask for your understanding in the event of any incident. Whenever it is within our power, we will do our best to resolve it, but KLAUSS cannot be held responsible for external incidents or force majeure events.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the following day, therefore increasing the delivery time by 24 hours.

After completing your payment, you will receive a purchase confirmation email. Then, within the following 24 hours, you will receive a notification from the carrier confirming that your order has been registered. From that moment on, you will be able to track your order.

The courier company will make two delivery attempts. If, after these two attempts, the merchandise cannot be delivered, the package will be returned to the nearest post office, where it will remain for 14 days. After this period, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Once the package has been received and verified to be in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund of the garment(s), deducting the shipping costs.

If the customer wishes to receive the order again, a new purchase process must be initiated.

Our order preparation hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Orders will not be prepared on public holidays.

Any order placed outside these hours will be processed the following day.

Shipping is free of charge.

USA:

USA: $14.99 flat rate USA; free shipping over $175.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
